Job Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the invoicing process and
reports to the Revenue Manager. This position will provide an opportunity to join a successful, rapidly-growing software company that is backed by some of the most reputable private equity firms in the world such as Advent, LGP, and Genstar.

Responsibilities
• Handle new customer set-up
• Generate, edit, and send out customer invoices
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding invoicing
• Assist in reviewing customer contracts to set up customer billing schedules
• Comply with client requests related to invoices
• Book credits and adjustments related to invoices
• Create service projects in OpenAir
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
• Support tax & audit compliances by compiling and preparing information as requested
• Assist with other critical projects, as needed

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
• Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts and concepts to clients
• Excellent client and internal communication skills including clear and concise
writing skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the
team
