Job Summary
Prometheus Group is seeking and experienced Partner Marketing Manager who wants to join an enterprise SaaS leader in the Enterprise Asset Management solution segment. As a new position in our growing Marketing team and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will oversee building the strategy for, and executing, cross-channel Marketing and enablement programs with strategic partners to drive engagement and preference for Prometheus Group Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand pipeline from partners
- Grow our partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners (e.g., Solution providers, consultants) to maximize revenue through our joint relationships
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership content, including partner program presentations, case studies, etc.…
- Create and execute campaigns, routine digital communications, and enablement into targeted Partner field teams to inform and effectively engage on updates on Prometheus Group solution updates, case studies, content, and other assets to help solve their prospects challenges
- Recommend field activities including events and roadshows within the partner ecosystem to invest and drive pipeline within
- Develop and manage channel lead submission processes
- Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching prospect behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc.…
- Analyzes, forecasts, and reports progress against Marketing pipeline goals and ROI
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience developing Partner Marketing Programs, including early development and initial launch across multiple channels
- Experience with SAP, IBM Maximo and Oracle partner ecosystems a plus, as would be experience in the Enterprise Asset Management segment
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks and demands
- Experience quantifying ROI on marketing campaigns with partners to drive pipeline
- Experience teaming with Marketing Operations and ABM teammates to execute tactics
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills internally and externally to key strategic partners
